The SEO Analyst will support our digital marketing and content teams by driving organic search traffic, improving SERP rankings, and enhancing user engagement on our platforms. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, an understanding of SEO best practices, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will play a key role in developing, executing, and managing SEO strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and identify opportunities to target valuable search terms.
  • Analyze and report on SEO performance metrics, including organic traffic, ranking, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Perform on-page and off-page optimization for website content, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices and company goals.
  • Collaborate with the content team to guide content creation, optimizing for target keywords and user intent.
  • Perform competitive analysis and identify content and backlink opportunities to improve rankings.
  • Audit website and content to identify technical issues and implement solutions to optimize site health.
  • Monitor, assess, and communicate algorithm changes and SEO updates from major search engines.
  • Develop and maintain performance reports, presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the development team to implement SEO improvements, such as site architecture adjustments and mobile optimization.
  • Stay informed on the latest SEO trends, techniques, and tools, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in SEO or a related role in digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) is advantageous.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with paid search (PPC) and broader digital marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and experience with A/B testing.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Google Data Studio.
